Welcome to Freezetech LLC (“the Company”). By making a purchase with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

1. Types of Products

The Company offers the following types of products:

  • Refurbished: Pre-owned appliances that have undergone a process of repair, cleaning, and technical inspection to ensure proper functionality.

  • Scratch and Dent: New products that may have cosmetic imperfections (such as dents, scratches, etc.) that do not affect their functionality.

The customer acknowledges that they understand and accept the condition of the product before making the purchase.

2. Warranty

  • Refurbished: Warranty from 1 to 12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the product and model. It applies only to functional defects not caused by the user. It does not cover cosmetic damage or misuse.

  • Scratch and Dent: Factory warranty (when available) or limited warranty from the Company from 1 to 12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the product and model.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, incorrect installation, electrical fluctuations, or third-party interventions (unauthorized repairs).

3. Warranty Claim Procedure.

If the buyer experiences an issue covered under this warranty, they must contact the seller and provide proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the problem.

An inspection is required to proceed with any warranty claim. If a malfunction is confirmed, the Company is responsible for repairing the issue. When the problem cannot be repaired, the following solutions will be evaluated:

  • If the appliance is still under warranty, it may be replaced with another unit after reviewing any price difference. If the replacement unit has a higher price than the original purchase, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

  • If the customer does not wish to proceed with a replacement, the Company will determine the refund amount based on the period of time the appliance was used in proper working condition without any malfunction reported.

4. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 24 hours after the purchase with no additional fees, provided the product meets all return conditions.

For returns requested after 24 hours and up to 30 days from the purchase date, the return may still be authorized; however, the following conditions apply:

  • A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the order qualified for free delivery, and delivery records show that no delivery charge was paid, a delivery handling fee will also be deducted from the refund to cover transportation and logistics costs.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered or picked up, with all original accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • All returns are subject to technical inspection and approval.

  • Any signs of misuse, improper installation, electrical issues caused by the customer, or physical damage may void the return.

  • Refunds may take up to 5 business days, depending on the payment method used.

5. Deliveries and Shipping

The company offers delivery services for an additional cost.

The customer must inspect the product at the time of delivery.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be installed in the desired location (dimensions, connections, etc.).

Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and to the Company in writing.

No claims will be accepted for physical damage once the delivery has been accepted.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns are subject to technical inspection.

A restocking fee may apply.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days, depending on the payment method used.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

  • Damages caused by third parties during installation or transportation outside of official service.

  • Products installed in unsuitable environments (excessive humidity, improper voltage, etc.).

7. Acceptance

By purchasing a product from Freezetech LLC, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

8. Liability & Electrical Safety Policy

FreezeTech is committed to providing quality refurbished appliances and transparent customer service. However, the company cannot be held responsible for damages arising from improper electrical conditions, incorrect installation, or mechanical issues unrelated to the appliance itself. By purchasing any appliance from FreezeTech, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Electrical Circuit Responsibility

All appliances require a properly functioning electrical circuit.
FreezeTech is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Faulty, outdated, or overloaded breakers.

  • Incorrect wiring or improper electrical installations.

  • Power surges, voltage fluctuations, or insufficient amperage.

  • Breakers tripping due to pre-existing electrical issues in the home.

Customers agree to ensure that their home’s electrical system complies with local safety standards before operating any appliance.


2. Mechanical Damage to Home Components

FreezeTech is not liable for any mechanical damage to parts of the customer’s home, including but not limited to:

  • Garage doors or garage door openers

  • Springs, tracks, cables, or rails

  • Doors, floors, walls, cabinets, or plumbing

  • Any other structure or fixture not directly connected to the appliance

Mechanical issues arising from manual operation, mishandling, improper force, or attempting to move/open/adjust household structures while power is off are not the responsibility of FreezeTech.


3. Customer Handling & Installation

Any damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect manual operation

  • Forcing components while the appliance or circuit is off

  • Lack of proper maintenance

  • Moving or transporting the appliance incorrectly

…is solely the customer’s responsibility.

FreezeTech recommends professional installation for all large appliances.


4. Limitation of Liability

FreezeTech’s responsibility is strictly limited to:

  • The appliance purchased

  • Issues directly caused by a malfunction of that appliance

  • Warranty repairs or exchanges within the warranty period

FreezeTech will not cover:

  • Repairs to household electrical systems

  • Repairs to garage doors or mechanical components

  • Travel fees for issues caused by customer error or faulty home infrastructure

  • Indirect damages or collateral expenses
